Ken Robinson

I agree with almost everything that Ken Robinson said. I think that there should be more emphasis on arts in school. All of the inventions and technology we have today came from one person being creative, so why wouldn't you want everyone to be more creative? I think that if there wasn't so much pressure to be book smart there would be more super cool inventions. And I think that we should all be a little more like children, and just not be affraid of being wrong all the time. I think that you learn more from your mistakes then anything.

  1. I totally agree with everything you said. I think maybe though, people are afraid of creativity becasue you can't control it know? The higher ups don't want everyone to be thinking of ideas, ideas are dangerous to them. Hahaha, I sound like I am just saying "fight the power!" and...screw it I am sorta hahaha!

  2. I agree with everything you said CJ. They are taking the creativity out of students and are more focused on book smarts. Therefore, we should let our students be more creative, and they shouldn't have to worry about being wrong, because we learn from our mistakes.
